The attachments in each record will get migrated along with the list item.Each document in Lotus Notes will be migrated as a list item in SharePoint custom list. Once the task is completed, click the “Go to List” button to navigate to the Custom List.On click on Run Job, the below migration progress bar window will appear.In Advanced tab, configure the Business User Name as default user for the missing users and click on Run Job to execute the job.Enable the check boxes “Preserve Created/Modified identities” and “Preserve Created/Modified dates” to capture the existing created and modified date, and created and modified users from Lotus Notes. In Advanced tab, we have the option to preview the existing records in the form.Once the fields are selected, it will get populated in Data Fields tab, as shown below.Select all the fields under the form name and click OK. Select the second option “Select records based on Form Used” and pick the respective form to migrate and click “OK”.

After selecting the LN database, click on “Create” to start creating the job for the source section.

Select the respective database and click “OK”. On click of “Select” button, a window will open where local and server databases will be listed out.

The data types of the fields have to be analyzed before migration, to avoid the loss of data due to truncation of multi-line fields and the loss of field options for multi choice fields.
